Qualification & Experience
-
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Minimum Class 8th pass. Preference will be given to candidates who can ride a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License.

Bearer: Minimum HSLC with Diploma Certificate in Restaurant and Counter Service from a recognized institute. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant working experience.

Masalchi: Minimum HSLC with 2–3 years of working experience in a restaurant or hotel.

Age Limit & Service Terms
-
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years as on 01.07.2026 for all posts.

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates.

Government Employees: Serving Government employees are eligible for age concession equal to the number of years of service rendered, subject to a maximum of 5 years.

Probation Period: The appointment will initially be for a minimum probation period of 2 years.

Bearer: Pay Matrix Level-2A.

Masalchi: Pay Matrix Level-1A.

Other applicable allowances will be admissible as per the Government of Nagaland rules.
