As a preventive measure and with the primary objective of keeping the spread of pandemic COVID-19 in check in the state, the process of renewal of Employment Exchange Registration Certificate in the state of Assam is hereby stopped temporarily until further order. The date of renewal of the Employment Exchange Registration card falling in the months of February 2020 and onwards will be treated as valid till December, 2020 . The Employment Exchange Registration Card which was lapsed prior to February 2020 needs to re-register as per procedure in the concerned Employment Exchange accordingly.
