1. Project Assistant
(Field Investigator)
•No. of Posts: 02 (UR:01 & OBC:01)
•Qualification: Graduate in Science from
a recognized university with three years experience. Or,
Master’s degree in relevant subject from a recognized university.
•Desirable: (1) Master’s
degree in Epidemiology/Public Health/Medical Social Work/Science subject. (2) Experience in field
level data collection. (3)
Experience in RNTCP program. (4)
Experience in conducting Census and field surveys. (5) Knowledge of Computer applications.
2. Project Technician-III
(Laboratory Technician for Field)
•No. of Post: 01 (OBC)
•Qualification: 12th pass in
science subjects with any one of the following: (i) Two years Diploma in
Medical Laboratory Technology. Or (ii) One year Diploma in
Med Laboratory Technology with one year laboratory experience in a recognized
organization/institution. Or (iii) Two years
laboratory experience in a government recognized organization/institution.*B.Sc.,
degree shall be treated as three years experience.
•Desirable:
(i) Experience
in culture (solid and liquid) and DST for mycobacterium tuberculosis. (ii) 1 year experience in
RNTCP as LT. (iii)
Past experience of working in an Intermediate Reference Laboratory or National
Reference Laboratory for Tuberculosis.
3. Project Technician-III
(Laboratory Technician for IRL)
•No. of Posts: 02 (Two)
•Qualification: 12th pass in
science subjects with any one of the following: (i) Two years Diploma in
Medical Laboratory Technology. Or (ii) One year Diploma in
Med Laboratory Technology with one year laboratory experience in a recognized
organization/institution. Or (iii) Two years
laboratory experience in a government recognized organization/institution.*B.Sc.,
degree shall be treated as three years experience.
•Desirable:
(i) Experience

4. Date Entry Operator
(Grade-B)

•Qualification: Intermediate or 12th
pass in science stream from a recognized board with DOEACC “A” level from a
recognized institute. And/or, 2 (two) years experience in EDP working
Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization. A speed test
of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
•Desirable:
(i) Experience
in Data Entry in research projects or in any National Health Program. (ii) Work experience in Electronics
Data Processing/Biostatistics/Data Management. (iii) Should be well conversant with various
computer programming including MS Word, Excel.
5. Scientist B (Non
Medical)

•Essential
Qualification: 1st Class Masters Degree in Life
Sciences/Molecular
Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bioinformatics/Biochemistry/
Statistics/Computer Science from a recognized university with 2 (two) years of
research experience in relevant field.
Or,
2nd Class Master’s Degree
in Life Sciences/Molecular
Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bioinformatics/Biochemistry/Statistics/Computer
Science with PhD Degree in relevant subject from a recognized university.
•Desirable
Qualification: (i)
Additional Post doctoral research/training experience in the field of health research
and molecular biology. (ii)
Knowledge of computer applications.
Age limit:
Not exceeding 35 years.
6. Laboratory
Technician

•Essential
Qualification: 12th pass in science subjects and two years
diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Or,
12th pass in science
subjects with One year DMLT plus one year relevant experience in a recognized
organization.

Qualification: (i) 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized
board with five years experience of administrative work.
Or,
Graduate in any discipline with 2
