Educational Qualification
- Helpline Administrator: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Law or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- IT Supervisor: Graduate with Diploma in Computer/IT and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Call Operator: Graduate with knowledge of Hindi, English and local language along with computer skills.
- Project Coordinator: Post Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Psychology, Public Administration, Law or related discipline. Graduates with 2 years' experience are also eligible.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Public Health OR PG Diploma in Counselling with at least 1 year experience.
- Child Helpline Supervisor: Graduate with computer proficiency. Preference will be given to Social Work/IT candidates.
- Case Worker: 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Multi Purpose Staff: 10th Pass.
- Security Guard/Night Guard: 10th Pass.
