Qualification & Experience:
A. Grade III Employee
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience of working in an educational institution in a similar Grade III role.
- Must possess at least a 1-year certificate in computer course.
B. Grade III Employee (Examination)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application with good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage examination-related software and maintain digital data securely.
- Experience in preparing exam records, result processing, mark sheets, certificates and related documents.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in confidential examination work in University, Board or similar institution.
C. Grade IV Employee
- Passed HSLC (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Experience of working in an educational institution in a Grade IV level role.
General Eligibility
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate should be physically and mentally fit and must provide a medical fitness certificate issued by a competent registered medical officer approved by the authority.
- A good character certificate from the last attended institution or previous employer is required.
