Eligibility
Candidates must have qualified GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (CS) and possess either: (i) a B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields such as Electronics, ECE, EEE, IT, or Computer Science from a recognized University/Institute; or (ii) a Master’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics with Electronics, or MCA from a recognized University/Institute.
Salary (7th CPC)
₹44,900-1,42,400/-.
Age Limit
18-27 years as on 16.11.2025. Relaxation age as per norms.
Application Fee
Total fee has two components: Examination Fee: ₹100/- Recruitment Processing Charges: ₹100/- Category-wise Payment: All candidates: ₹100/- (Processing Charges) Male (UR/EWS/OBC): ₹200/- (₹100 Exam Fee + ₹100 Processing). SC/ST, Female & eligible Ex-Servicemen: ₹100/- (Processing Charges only). Employed Ex-Servicemen (Central Govt. Group ‘C’): ₹200/- (Both fees). Note: Banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidate.

Selection Process
Scheme of Examination:- Shortlisting: Candidates (10 times the number of vacancies) will be shortlisted based on GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 scorecards (qualifying cut-off marks) for the Skill Test and Interview. Skill Test: Practical and technical in nature, aligned with the job profile. Interview: Assesses subject knowledge and communication skills. Note: The exam carries a total of 1175 marks:- GATE Score: 750 marks Skill Test: 250 marks Interview: 175 marks
