1. Post Name: Senior Executive-Project
☑ No. of posts: 02 (Two)
☑ Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably social work, rural development, economics, MBA, or social science.
☑ Experience: (i) PG with 3+ years of work experience or UG with 5+ years of work experience with a proven track record of implementation in social and community development projects, especially livelihood or entrepreneurial development projects. (ii) Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of project reports, business plans, and report writing for projects.
☑ Salary: Rs.29,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
2. Post Name: Executive-Project
☑ No. of posts: 03 (Three)
☑ Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work/Rural Development/Economics/MBA & Social Science.
☑ Experience: (i) 2+ years of work experience with proven track record of implementation in Social/ Community development project especially in livelihood or entrepreneurial development project. (ii) Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project report, Business plan & report writing of projects.
☑ Salary: Rs.23,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
3. Post Name: Associate-Project
☑ No. of post: 01 (One)
☑ Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work/Rural Development/Economics/MBA & Social Science.
☑ Experience: 1-2 years of work experience with proven track record of implementation in Social/ Community development project especially in livelihood development project.
☑ Salary: Rs.21,000/- to Rs.25,000/-
4. Post Name: Mentor
☑ No. of post: 01 (One)
☑ Qualification: PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions in any course with mathematics as a subject till class XII, preferably from a management/commerce or engineering background.
☑ Salary: Rs.35,000/-
