1. Post Name: Research Assistant (RA)

- Essential: Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in any social science discipline with at least 55% marks. They should be capable of supporting data collection, data processing, and basic analysis tasks. Good communication skills in local languages such as Assamese or Hindi are also required.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with UGC-NET, M.Phil., or Ph.D. qualifications. Experience in GIS tools like ArcGIS or QGIS, as well as knowledge of machine learning methods (such as Random Forest or K-Means), will be an advantage. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R, prior fieldwork experience (including surveys or ground verification), and overall research experience in related areas are also desirable. Candidates with relevant publications will receive additional preference.
- Fellowship: Rs.37000/- per month.

- Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with a four-year graduation degree. Experience in projects related to disaster management, community development, or rural studies will be an advantage.
