GAD Manipur Recruitment 2021
1. Secretariat Assistant
- No. of posts: 10 (UR: 07, ST: 01 & OBC(M): 02)
- Essential Qualification: Graduates of a recognized University/Institution with basic Computer Knowledge (e.g. CCC Certificate etc.)
- Remuneration: Rs.12750/-
- Age limit: 38 years and below (as on 28th October, 2021), relaxable up to 41 years for OBC category and 43 years for ST category for all posts.
2. Group-D (Peon/Chowkidar)
- No. of posts: 25 (UR: 13 & ST: 09]
- Essential Qualification: Candidates who have passed HSLC with knowledge of Manipuri and Hindi.
- Remuneration: Rs.7850/-
- Age limit: 38 years and below (as on 28th October, 2021), relaxable up to 41 years for OBC category and 43 years for ST category for all posts.
Examination Scheme for GAD Manipur Recruitment
Secretariat Assistant Written Test:-
(a) General English, Precis writing, Drafting & Essay
Full Marks: 100
Pass Marks: 30%
(b) General Knowledge:
Full Marks: 50
Pass Marks: 30%
(c) Computer (Practical):
Full Marks: 50
Pass Marks: 30%
Only those candidates who have been declared successful in Written Test will be allowed to sit in the Computer (Practical).
Group-D (Peon/Chowkidar) Written Test:-
(a) General Knowledge: 50 marks
(b) Basic Mathematics: 25 marks
(c) English Language: 25 marks
Application Fee for General Administration Department Manipur
Candidates are required to pay the applicable fee during the time of submission of forms.
- For the post of Secretariat Assistant: Rs.500/- for Unreserved Category and OBC candidates and Rs.300/- for SC/ST.
- For the post of Group-D (Peon/Chowkidar): Rs.300/- for Unreserved Category and OBC candidates and Rs.200/- for SC/ST.
- Fees will be exempted for PWD Candidates.
How to Apply for GAD Manipur Recruitment
- The willing and eligible candidates should get their names sponsored by the concerned Employment Exchange Offices on or before 15th November, 2021. Thereafter, the sponsored candidates should download the application form (enclosed) from the website (www.manipur.gov.in) and submit the completed forms w.e.f. 17th November, 2021 to 27th November, 2021 between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm along with the required self attested copies of certificates at Lounge of Manipur State Guest House, Sanjenthong, Imphal.
- Documents to be submitted: Completed application form for the respective categories of post along with the required number of passport size photographs (3 nos.) and self-attested copies of the documents/certificates (mentioned in the application form). Candidates claiming reservation should submit attested copy of ST/OBC certificate at the time of submission of application form for verification.
