IRCON Manager/Electrical Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification, age limit and work experience requirements to attend the walk-in interview.
Educational Qualification for Manager/Electrical
Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized university or institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
Required Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is required in the following fields:
- Electrical construction and procurement.
- Installation, testing and commissioning.
- TRD maintenance in Railways or Metro Rail.
- Power transmission and distribution utilities.
Experience in Railway OHE, Power Supply, SCADA, E&M and Electrical Utility Diversion will be preferred.
Important: Teaching, training, consultancy and freelancing experience will not be considered relevant experience.
IRCON Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The maximum age limit for Manager/Electrical is 50 years as on 01 October 2026.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed educational qualification and experience requirements.
