Educational Qualification
Item No. 1 & 2:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Should have a Certificate Course in Computer Application.
Item No. 3:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 32 years as of January 1, 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST candidates, and serving Government employees are allowed age concessions equal to the number of years served (up to a maximum of 5 years).

2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
a. CPT will be the mandatory qualifying criterion for all clerical and allied posts. Marks secured in the CPT will not be added to the final total marks.
b. The Board will hold a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), comprising basic working skills/knowledge of computers for candidates shortlisted on the basis of their score in the written examination. The qualifying benchmark for the CPT shall be 30% of the total marks allocated for CPT.
3. Recruitment Process
Tier I: General Paper (MCQ Based)
- Marks: 200
- Time: 3 hours
- Negative Marking: Each incorrect answer will carry a negative marking of 1/3rd of the total marks of each question.
Tier II
- Clerical & Allied Services: A qualifying Computer Proficiency/Skill Test of 50 marks.
- Uniform Services: A qualifying Physical Eligibility Test (refer to Annexure-I for details).
Tier III: Interview
- The interview is weighted at 5% of the total marks allocated in the written examination (Tier-I).

- Upload NOC for Government Employees: Government employees must upload a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) signed by their Head of Department (HoD). The prescribed NOC format can be downloaded from the Board's official website.
- Pay the Examination Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹300/- through the available online payment method. PwBD candidates are exempt from paying the examination fee.
- Submit the Application Form: Review all the details entered in the application form and submit it online before the deadline.
- Download the Application Confirmation: After successful submission, download or print the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
- Submit the NOC During Document Verification: Government employees must submit a hard copy of the NOC at the time of document verification.
