1. System Administrator
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Qualification: M.Sc. in computer Science/IT, or BE/B Tech in Computer Science. Candidate with proficiency in Networking, Website Hosting/Security Management etc, Database Development, PHP, Java, MySQL, etc will be given priority.
- Age: Minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 38 years.
- Pay: Rs. 35,000/-
Job Profile:
# Creation and management of student/employees database.
# Assisting development of multimedia learning object for different courses.
# Maintenance of local area network.
# Creation and maintenance of E-learning portal including conduct of online examination, as and when necessary.
2. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Qualification: M Sc in Computer Science or BE/B Tech in Computer Science Engineering/MCA. Candidates with experience of database creation and management will be given priority.
- Age: Minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 38 years.
- Pay: Rs. 25,000/-
Job Profile:
# Regular data entry and uploads to online database and e-portal of ODL.
# Assisting development of multimedia learning object for different courses.
# Assisting the System Administrator in network maintenance and other ICT-related activities.

Selection Procedure for AAU-ODL Recruitment
# Only selected short-listed candidates will be called for appearing in the interview to be held on 6thDecember 2022 at 10.30 A.M. They will be intimated by email and/or phone on 2nd/3rd December 2022. If felt necessary, it may be decided to hold a written test on a specified date for short-listing of candidates and in that case, the date of interview may need to be postponed.
# At the time of interview, the short-listed candidates shall have to submit a copy of their BIODATA (format enclosed), one set of hard copies of all relevant documents (self-attested) and a Bank Draft of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty only)/Rs.25.00 (Rupees Twenty-five only) for ST/SC candidates (separately for each post applied for), drawn in favour of Director, AAU-ODL payable at Khanapara, Guwahati. They shall have to also produce the original documents for verification at the time of interview.
