The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya has released an official notification for the recruitment of Medical Officers on a contractual basis. These positions are for the Institute's Medical Center located at the Sohra (Cherrapunji) campus.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply for the Medical Officer position must fulfill the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: Minimum MBBS degree from an accredited and government-recognized Institute, University, or the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Licensing: Must possess a valid medical registration or license.

Experience: While freshers may apply, candidates with relevant clinical experience will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

Remuneration: Monthly pay is negotiable based on the candidate's professional experience.

Accommodation: Since Medical Officers are required to stay on-campus for emergencies, Free Accommodation will be provided by the Institute.
