Educational Qualification
-
Graduate Engineer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in the relevant engineering discipline with minimum 65% marks. 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Officer (Marketing): 2-year full-time regular MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing Management. Minimum 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.

Officer (Law): Graduate Degree with LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB with minimum 60% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD, along with 2 years post-qualification legal experience.

Assistant Quality Control Officer: Full-time Master's Degree in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD, plus 2 years relevant testing/QC laboratory experience.

Diploma Engineer: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Safety Engineering with minimum 65% marks. 55% for SC/ST candidates. Safety discipline requires an additional 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety.
