Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- CA Final Attempts: Should have cleared the CA Final Examination in not more than two attempts. Relaxation may be provided for reserved category candidates.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. Newly qualified Chartered Accountants are eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 30 June 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per rules.
Salary, Contract & Posting
- Annual CTC: ₹12.00 Lakh per annum including fixed and variable components.
- Performance Benefits: Annual increment based on performance review along with Group Insurance benefits.
- Contract Period: Initial engagement for 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance.
- Job Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow and various SIDBI Branch Offices across India.
Selection Process
- Selection through the ICAI Placement Directorate.
- Online Psychometric Test (if conducted by SIDBI).
- Personal Interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai or Ahmedabad.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance, eligibility verification and document verification.
