SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Job Information Details 2022


1. Assistant Vice President (Marcomm)
Grade: SMGS-IV
No. of vacancy: 02 (GEN: 01 & PWD: 01)

Qualifications (As on 01-01-2022):-

  • Basic: Full time MBA(Marketing)/PGDM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. Minimum marks – 60% in MBA/PGDM Courses completed through correspondence/part time will not be eligible.
  • Other: Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e. g. Brand & Media/digital etc. would be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform.
Experience (As on 01-01-2022):-

  • Minimum 8 years' post qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) in a BFSI sector/Corporates, Media & Advertising/Digital Agency.
  • Out of 8 years, at least 3 years’ experience in facilitating designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (Including Digital).
Indicative CTC/Annual Emoluments: Rs.14–Rs.19 lakhs CTC per

2. Senior Executive (Digital Marketing)
Grade: MMGS-II
No. of vacancy: 01 (GEN)

Qualifications (As on 01-01-2022):-

  • Basic: Full time MBA (Marketing)/PGDM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. Minimum marks – 60% in MBA/PGDM. Certification in digital marketing from an Institution of repute. Courses completed through correspondence/part time will not be eligible.
  • Other: Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e.g. Brand & Media etc. would be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools
Experience (As on 01-01-2022):-

  • Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in the field of marketing in a BFSI sector/Corporates/Media & Advertising/Digital Agency.
  • Out of these 3 years, 2 years’ experience should be in product marketing using digital media platform, with specific experience in search and display, SEO, SEM and programmatic. Knowledge of influencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM preferred.
  • Atleast one year experience (within overall experience) in facilitating designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (In Digital).
  • Experience as mentioned in b) and c) above can be concurrent.
Indicative CTC/Annual Emoluments: Rs.10–Rs.12 lakhs CTC per annum
Max Age As on 01.01.2022: 30 years

3. Senior Executive (Public Relation)
Grade: MMGS-II
No. of vacancy: 01 (GEN)

Qualifications (As on 01-01-2022):-

  • Basic: Full time MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication/ Management from institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. Minimum marks – 60% in MBA/PGDM/PG Courses completed through correspondence/part time will not be eligible.
  • Other: Additional Certification in PR/Corporate Communication/Journalism would be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform is preferred.
Experience (As on 01-01-2022): Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in a PR Agency/Service Industry. Out of these 3 years at least 2 years must be in PR.

Indicative CTC/Annual Emoluments: Rs.10–Rs.12 lakhs CTC per annum

4. Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist)
Grade: JMGS-I
No. of vacancy: 15 (SC: 02, ST: 01, OBC: 03, EWS: 01 & GEN: 08)

Basic Qualification (as on 31.08.2021): First Division in Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) in any stream. (Minimum 60% marks from any recognised University).

Work Experience as on 31.08.2021 & Specific Skills: Candidates who have 3 years of hands-on experience in managing network of any reputed organization with at least 1.5 years in any one of the following (as on 31.08.2021):

a. Level-2 resource in an organization in the business of providing Network Services, OR

b. As TAC resource in an OEM (in the field of network security devices such as firewall, IPS etc.) OR

c. Experience in managing network security for any organization in BFSI sector.

Total work experience may be composite i.e. before & after stipulated qualification.
Desired experience in field: Banking or IT sector.

Specific Skill:

1. Should have expert level knowledge of IT Security, routing and switching protocol and networking devices.
2. Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills,
3. Good team Management and co-ordination skills
4. Fluent in at least Hindi and English languages

Scale of Pay: Basic: 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840

5. Assistant Manager (Routing & Switching)
Grade: JMGS-I

Educational Qualification (as on 01.01.2022):-

  • MBA or 2 years' Post Graduation Diploma in the discipline of marketing.
  • Minimum percentage of marks: 55%
  • Any additional qualifications/Certifications in marketing discipline would be desirable.
Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.01.2022): Minimum 3 years' Post Basic Educational Qualification experience in marketing of Executive Education Programme in Online and Physical mode. The relevant experience certificate must contains specifically that the candidate has experience in that specific field.

CTC:- 

  • Rs 15 lakhs to Rs. 20 lakhs p.a. (60% fixed, 40% variable components)
  • CTC is Negotiable
  • In addition to CTC, other perks, travelling expenses for travelling by taxi, air (economy class) in case of travelling on official duties and DA as applicable for the post.
