Eligibility for SBI SCO Recruitment
1. VP Wealth (SRM)
- Mandatory: Graduation from Government recognised University or Institution.
- Preferred: (i) MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from recognized University or Institution. (ii) Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA.
- Experience: 6 years into sales & marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.
2. AVP Wealth (RM)
- Mandatory: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.
- Preferred: (i) Weightage will be given to the candidates with post-graduation in finance/marketing/ Banking. (ii) Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA.
- Experience: 3 years into sales & marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Wealth Management Firms/ AMCs /SBI Wealth CREs having 4 years of experience.
3. Customer Relationship Executive
- Mandatory: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.
- Experience: Preferred experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.
Selection Process – Key Highlights
1. Shortlisting
- Meeting minimum eligibility does NOT guarantee an interview call.
- A Bank-appointed committee will finalize the shortlisting criteria.
- Only candidates meeting these parameters will be invited for interview.
- Bank’s decision is final & binding – no queries will be entertained.
2. Interview Stage
- Interview carries 100 marks.
- Cut-off/qualifying marks will be fixed by the Bank.
- No correspondence regarding interview marks or criteria will be accepted.
3. CTC Negotiation
- CTC will be negotiated individually, either: (i) During the interview, or (ii) After the interview process concludes.
4. Final Merit List
- Merit list prepared only based on interview scores (highest to lowest).
- If two candidates score the same marks: The older candidate will be placed higher in the merit ranking.

Application Fee of SBI SCO Recruitment

1. Online Registration
- Apply online through SBI website → Current Openings section.
- Pay the application fee using Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
2. Prepare Before Applying
- Scan latest photograph and signature (as per required size & format).
- Application will not be accepted without uploading both.
3. Filling the Online Application
- Fill the form carefully and submit.
- If unable to complete in one go → Save the entered details.
- A Registration No. and Password will be generated – note it down.
- You can re-open and edit the saved form using these credentials.
- Editing is allowed only 3 times.
- After completing the form → submit and proceed for fee payment.
4. Print Application
- After successful registration, take a printout of the system-generated form.
