Educational Qualification
1. Medical Officer (Ayurvedic)/Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic)
Qualification: BAMS degree with Assam State Council registration; preference for candidates with a recognized postgraduate degree in Ayurvedic medicine.
2. District Program Manager (Ayush)
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline, including AYUSH) or MBA/MPH/ Postgraduate Diploma in Health/Hospital Administration from AICTE-recognized institute, with minimum 3 years’ experience in public health programs. Desirable: experience in social sector schemes, computer skills (MS Office), and health sector including AYUSH.
3. Data Entry Operator (Ayush)
Qualification: Graduate in Computer Applications/IT/Business Administration/ B.Tech (CS/IT)/BCA/BBA/ BSc IT or graduate with a 1-year computer diploma/certificate from a recognized institute/university. Essential: computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), typing speed 30 WPM, and exposure to social sector schemes. Preference: experience in health sector including AYUSH.
4. Programme Manager
Essential: Graduate in any discipline (including AYUSH) with MBA in Healthcare Management/HR, Master’s in Health/Hospital Administration, or 2-year Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management from an AICTE-recognized institute. Minimum 5 years’ experience in public health programs (Government/PSU/private). Exposure to social sector schemes at national, state, and district levels.
Desirable: Computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience in the health sector including AYUSH.
5. Finance Manager
Essential: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ICWA/CA from an AICTE-recognized institute/ university with minimum 3 years’ experience in finance management of major programs/projects in government or reputed organizations. Exposure to financial operations, government accounting, fund flow management, utilization certificates, and scheme-wise expenditure reporting is desirable. Experience with social sector schemes at national, state, and district levels is preferred.
Desirable: Computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience in the health sector including AYUSH.
6. Consultant (AYUSH Health &Wellness Centre)
Qualification: Degree in AYUSH with 5+ years’ experience in health sector (government/private), preferably with PG qualification and strong communication, teamwork, and program management skills; must be willing to travel extensively.
7. Consultant Procurement
Essential: Postgraduate with 5+ years’ experience in procurement/logistics/ supply chain management or Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement/Logistics/ Health/Hospital Administration. Must have a computer certificate course. Desirable: Experience in NTEP/health sector products or MBA (Procurement & Supply Chain Management).
8. Consultant-HR
Qualification: MBA(HR)/PGDBM(HR) (minimum 2 years) from a recognized institute, with 5+ years’ relevant experience and exposure to social sector schemes/missions. Desirable: HR experience in management organizations, knowledge of government recruitment processes, labor laws, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
