| Eligibility Criteria |
- Educational Target: Must possess a valid Graduate Degree in any academic discipline from an officially recognized University.
- Graduation Cut-Off Window: The passing certificate or absolute graduation transcript date must fall strictly between 01.01.2022 and 01.06.2026.
- Freshness Mandate: Candidate must be a fresher with no previous apprenticeship history anywhere. Applicants holding 1 year or more of job experience post-qualification are legally blocked.
- Language Fluency: Competency in reading, writing, and speaking the regional local language of the applied state is required for mandatory language checks.

Age Criteria Parameters: Minimum requirement is 21 Years and maximum parameter limit is capped at 30 Years calculated as on the base cut-off date of 01.06.2026. (Born between 02.06.1996 and 01.06.2005, both days inclusive).
Relaxation Matrix Rules: SC/ST profiles receive a 5-year extension; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) get a 3-year relaxation window; PwBD candidates receive 10 cumulative years. Concessions up to 35 years apply for un-remarried General/EWS widows or divorced female profiles.
