IOCL Admission Notification 2025
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released an official notification for admission to the GNM course for the 2025-26 session at Assam Oil School of Nursing, IOCL (AOD), Digboi. Only female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. All relevant details regarding IOCL Admission 2025 are provided below.
IOCL Admission Details 2025
Name of the Course: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
No. of seats: 30 (Unreserved-14, EWS-03, SC-02, ST-03, OBC-NCL-08)
Course Details: GNM course will be a full-time regular course for a duration of 3 (three) years.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
a) 10+2 with English and a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination and in English individually for General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, and 35% for SC/ST candidates, from any recognized board. Candidates from State Open Schools recognized by the State Government and NIOS recognized by the Central Government are also eligible. Preference will be given to candidates with a Science background. Percentage may be calculated based on the best three core/elective subjects (excluding English), provided the candidate has passed in English.
b) 10+2 with English and 40% marks in Vocational ANM course from schools recognized by the Indian Nursing Council for General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
c) 10+2 with English and 40% marks in Vocational Stream – Healthcare Science from CBSE or recognized State/Central boards for General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
d) Registered ANM with pass marks.
Other Details of IOCL Admission 2025
Age Limit: Minimum age: 17 years (as on 31.12.2025); upper age: 35 years. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBCNCL. No age bar for RANM & RLHV. Class X certificate is mandatory as age proof.
Mode of Admission: Admission to GNM is through Assam Oil School of Nursing (AOSN), recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Assam Nursing Council.
Selection Process: Only female candidates are eligible for admission. Candidates must register for the GNMEE-2025 exam conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, as per Notification No. SSUHS/159/2025/3305 dated 08.05.2025. Applicants are required to apply online at aocnadmission.in using their GNMEE-2025 Roll Number and the total marks obtained. The following documents must be uploaded to the online portal.
Stipend & Training: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹2,500 (1st year), ₹2,700 (2nd year), and ₹2,900 (3rd year). Free hostel, uniform, and medical care at AOD Hospital will be provided. Post-course, candidates will serve as interns for 1 year (extendable up to 2 years) with ₹15,250/month stipend (₹1,000 extra if posted outside AOD Hospital). No accommodation during internship.
Income Certificate: Income certificate must be issued by a competent Revenue Authority (not below Circle Revenue Inspector) for FY 2024–25 (on or after 01.04.2025), showing gross joint family income. Affidavit not accepted.

Candidates must register for GNMEE-2025 by Srimanta Sankaradeva University (Notification No. SSUHS/159/2025/3305). Apply online after results at aocnadmission.in.
