Application Fee
  • Scientific Assistant, Engineering Assistant, Junior Hindi Translator – ₹1000/- per post.
  • Technician Gr.1, Assistant Grade-II, Assistant Librarian – ₹700/- per post.

  • Before applying online, candidates must have: a) valid email ID and mobile number, b) scanned passport-size photo, c) scanned signature, and d) scanned PDFs of relevant documents (educational certificates, experience, BCC from NIELIT, caste/NOC/ex-servicemen documents, as applicable).

1. Where can I find the application link?

2. Can I apply without the BCC certificate from NIELIT?
No, the BCC certificate from NIELIT is mandatory for applying for the Assistant Gr. II post. No other certificate will be accepted.

3. Why can’t I see the "Make Payment" button for payment?
If you belong to Women, SC/ST, EX-SM, or PwBD categories, you are exempt from the application fee. Please ensure you have selected the correct category.

4. As a Woman/Female candidate, why can’t I see the "Make Payment" button?
Women candidates (General/SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) are exempt from the application fee, so the "Make Payment" option will not appear.

5. Do I need to send hard copies of documents to CPRI?
No, you do not need to send hard copies. Upload your documents online. Originals will be required for verification if called.

6. When will the Computer Based Test (CBT) be held?
Details regarding the CBT will be posted on the website once finalized.

7. Do I need to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if I work in the private sector?
No, NOC is not required if you work in the private sector/MNC.

8. Is NOC required if I change my employment after applying?
Yes, you must submit an NOC from your current employer at the time of skill test/document verification.

9. Can the application fee be refunded if I’m not shortlisted for CBT?
No, the application fee is non-refundable.

10. Can I correct errors in my application after submission?
No, there is no provision to edit the details once submitted. Please confirm all details before final submission.
