IPPB AM & JA Notification 2025: India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) has issued an official employment notification for the recruitment of 309 posts of Assistant Manager (AM) and Junior Associate (JA) (Scale-I) on deputation/foreign service from Central Government, State Government, PSEs, CPSEs, and Autonomous Bodies to perform direct sales and related activities at the branches/banking outlets of the Bank as per its requirements. 1. Assistant Manager (AM)
No. of posts: 110
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Age limit: 20 to 32 years.
2. Junior Associate (JA)
No. of posts: 199
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Age limit: 20 to 35 years.
Other Details of IPPB Recruitment
Application Fee: ₹ 750/-(Non-Refundable) is payable.
Selection Process: Selection based on graduation marks merit; tie-break by age; exact percentage (no rounding); valid NOC mandatory; incorrect data or missing NOC leads to rejection; results published on IPPB website.
Term of Deputation: The deputation shall be governed by the standard term and condition as prescribed by the bank from time to time.
