Eligibility Criteria for NHAI
1. Joint Advisor
- Degree from a recognised University/Institute in a Science group subject.
- This qualification is not mandatory for retired forest/agriculture/horticulture/social forestry officers having relevant experience.
- Retired Central/State Government/PSU/Autonomous Body officers should be at least at the level of Conservator of Forests or Deputy Secretary/Director.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture or Environment.
- Reasonable experience in Forest/Wildlife and Environment/CRZ clearances and EIA/EMP matters.
2. Deputy General Manager (DGM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute.
- Minimum 06 years’ experience in implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to Highways, Roads or Bridges.
- Officers with experience in handling PPP Projects will be given preference.
- For deputation, candidates must fulfil the prescribed government-service/grade requirements.
- Officers from State PWDs should have required experience as Executive Engineer or equivalent and the prescribed infrastructure-project experience.
3. Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to Highways, Roads or Bridges.
- Experience in handling PPP Projects will be given preference.
- Deputation candidates must satisfy the prescribed government-service/grade requirements.
- State PWD officers require the prescribed experience at Assistant Engineer/Assistant Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Engineer level or above.
