National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued an official advertisement announcement for the recruitment of 80 posts of Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts), General Manager (Technical), Deputy General Manager (Technical) and Manager (Finance & Accounts). NHAI Recruitment 2025
1. General Manager (GM) – Technical
- No. of posts: 30 (Thirty)
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 14 years’ experience in Group-A service out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to National/State Highways.
- Pay: Level-13 (Rs.123100-215900) with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/-.
- Age: For Deputation not exceeding 56 years.
2. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Technical
- No. of posts: 25 (Thirty-five)
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 06 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges.
- Pay: Level-12 (Rs.78800-209200) with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/-.
- Age: For Deputation not exceeding 56 years.
3. Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- No. of posts: 17 (Seventeen)
- Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) (through regular course) from a recognised University or Institute; OR Member of any organized Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central or State Government.
- Experience: Four years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Budgeting or Internal Audit or Contract Management or Fund Management or Disbursement in an organisation of repute which should include atleast six months experience in Public Sector Units or Government organisation following ‘Double Entry Accounting System.
- Pay: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67700-208700).
- Age: For Deputation not exceeding 56 years.
4. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Finance & Accounts
- No. of posts: 08 (Eight)
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) from a recognised University or Institute; OR Member of any organized Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central Government or State Government.
- Experience: Six years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Budgeting or Internal Audit or Contract Management or Fund Management or Disbursement in an organisation of repute.
- Pay: Level-12 in Pay Matrix (Rs.78800-209200/-)
- Age: For Deputation not exceeding 56 years.
