of Posts: 09 (Nine)
√Qualification:
Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized
University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
Eligibility: Candidates
must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not
less than 3 years.
√Experience:
(i) Total number of cases conducted
independently and jointly.
(ii) Judgment
of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii)
Previous experience, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or
Asst. Public Prosecutor.
(iv) Integrity
and professional efficiency certificate.
