Janata College Job Information Details
1. Assistant Professor
No. of vacancy: 03 (Three)
Subjects:-
#Economics: 01 (PWD)
#History: 01 (UR)
#Philosophy: 01 (STP)
Qualification: Scrutiny of educational qualifications and selection procedure will be as per the Assam Govt. O.M. No.AHE.239/2021/68, dtd.24.01.2022 & O.M. No.ASE.626/2021/3 dated 15.12.2021 (available in https://directorateofhighereducation.assam.gov.in).
Age limit: The age of the candidate should not exceed 38 yrs as on 01.01.2022 with the relaxation of 5 yrs for SC/ST, 3 yrs for OBC/MOBC and 10 yrs for PwD candidates.
2. Junior Assistant
- No. of vacancy: 03 (UR: 02 & OBC/MOBC: 02)
- Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000/- Grade Pay Rs.6,200/-
- Qualification: The candidates must be Graduate from any recognized University. The candidates must have knowledge in operating MS-Office and handling Internet in addition to English and Assamese/Devanagari typing and must have at least Computer Diploma minimum of six months duration from reputed institution.
- Age limit: The upper age limit is 40 years on 1st January’ 2022 for General candidates and relaxable up to 5 years for ST and SC candidates; 3 years for OBC and MOBC candidates; 2 years for ex-serviceman; 10 years for PwD.
3. Grade-IV
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-37,500/- Grade Pay Rs.3,900/-
- Qualification: Class VIII passed.
- Age limit: The upper age limit is 40 years on 1st January’ 2022 for General candidates and relaxable up to 5 years for ST and SC candidates; 3 years for OBC and MOBC candidates; 2 years for ex-serviceman; 10 years for PwD.
