Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following eligibility criteria:
Must possess a Qualified Recorder's Certificate Class Course (RCCC) of Lot Mandal/Land Record Assistant from a Government department.
OR
Must have passed HSLC or an equivalent examination from a government-recognized board.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in any Government, PSU, Public, or reputed Private Sector organization engaged in land acquisition-related work.
Experience should include land survey, land acquisition, revenue matters, and liaison work with revenue authorities.
Selection Process
The selection process for Oil India Limited Recruitment 2026 will be based on a Walk-in Personal Assessment.
The Personal Assessment will carry a total of 100 marks.
Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 marks to qualify.
Assessment will be based on:
- Professional knowledge and skills in the concerned discipline.

- Personal attributes and soft skills.
