Eligibility Criteria

1. Sr. Manager (Procurement) 
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master degree in Purchase/Material Management/ Procurement & Supply Chain/ Inventor)/& Logistics/Commerce/Business and Financial Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 to 08 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement & Supply Chain, Inventory and Logistic Management related functions.
2. Manager (Technical) 
  • Qualification: M. Tech in Civil Engineering: Structural/Hydrology/Water Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in design and execution of civil engineering works. Experience in construction of dams and related works will be an added preference.
3. Assistant Manager (Technical)
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates with 2 (two) years' experience. Experience in identifying of sites, designing, planning and preparation of plan and estimates of engineering structures and related matters as per current or prevailing SOR Previous experience in Measurement Book (MB) Entry and Checking.
4. Assistant Manager (Gender & Social Safeguards)
  • Qualification: Post Graduate in Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Science or related disciplines including gender within the degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience in substantive areas of gender issues, gender integrate on social & community mobilization, rural community development etc with international development projects such as IFAD, World Bank, ADB etc would be given preference. Experience in facilitating meetings and designing workshop using a variety of participatory, adult learning methodologies and approaches. Proficiency in designing and implementing gender issues analyses and gender assessment. Experience in conducting training & Capacity Building for the project staff, rural communities and government officials.
5. Field Engineer 
  • Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates with 2 (two) years and more experience in the field of identifying of sites, designing, planning and estimation of engineering structures and related matters. Experience using hand surveying tools (distance measuring wheels, plumb bobs, levels), Dumpy/Auto level and electronic surveying tools (transit levels, GPS equipment) will be an advantage. Previous experience in Measurement Book (MB) Entry and Checking.
6. Programme Associate (Human Resource) 
  • Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or Personal Management
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in HR related functions. 
  • Skills: Good Communication Skills (Written and verbal). Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc and any HR software.
7. Programme Associate (Monitoring & Evaluation) 
  • Qualification: Graduate or post-graduate in statistics, demographics, public policy, development studies, social sciences or related disciplines. Preferably with advanced certificate in M&E, statistics, or social sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and planning in rural development projects. Well versed in data research, documentation, data gathering and monitoring.
  • Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Good level of proficiency in Windows - Excel and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
