Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation Limited (MIDC) has released the latest employment notification for the recruitment of 15 posts of Assistant Manager (AM) and Junior Engineer (JE). MIDC Meghalaya Recruitment Details
1. Assistant Manager (Engineering)
- No. of posts: 06 (Six)
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil)/Equivalent or B.Arch.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.
2. Assistant Manager (Finance)
- No. of posts: 02 (Two)
- Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
3. Junior Assistant (JE)
- No. of posts: 07 (UR: 01, KJ: 03 & Garo: 03)
- Qualification: Degree from a recognized University.
Other Details of MIDC Meghalaya
1. Age Limit
- Candidates must be 18 to 32 years as on 01 January 2026.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates as per government rules.
2. Application Fee (Non-Refundable)
- Assistant Manager: ₹1000 (₹500 for SC/ST)
- Junior Assistant: ₹800 (₹400 for SC/ST)
- Payment Mode: Debit/ATM Card/Net Banking/UPI.
3. Selection Process
Selection will be done in two stages:
- Written Test
- Personal Interview

- General English: 120 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning: 120 Marks
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 80 Marks
- Basic Computer: 80 Marks
- Subject Paper (Engineering/Finance & Banking): 100 Marks
- Total: 500 Marks
Written Test (Junior Assistant)
- General English: 130 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning: 130 Marks
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 120 Marks
- Basic Computer: 120 Marks
- Total: 500 Marks
